Objectives

 

Ground Force 5 is a unique “Offensive Line Academy” designed to specialize strictly for those battling it out “in the trenches” that will provide offensive linemen with the knowledge and skills to dominate the line of scrimmage. Our goal is to provide the offensive linemen of tomorrow the skills and knowledge for individual offensive linemen success, group offensive line success and overall team success today. Training sessions involve intense, high-energy positive-learning environment to develop individual ability, confidence, pride, passion, work ethic, teamwork and group cohesion to maximize overall success.
